Eight (award-winning) AI artists are delivering mind-blowing interpretations of why 'It’s ‘gonna be a good good summer’ – to them – by showing how AI can bring creative ideas to life in new ways.

The result is seven original films that demonstrate the artistic capabilities of AI and new digital tools. The open brief was designed to give the filmmakers a chance to flex their creativity and tell stories in their own style, which will be shared across social channels and paid support by Lenovo in partnership with Qualcomm.

“These films demonstrate the craft of storytelling, using a mix of AI and digital skillsets,” said Rogier Vijverberg, Chief Creative Hero at SuperHeroes. “We selected filmmakers and digital artists who bring their art to a new realm. And it all ties back to ‘Made with Lenovo Yoga’, our long-running creator-driven global campaign that is celebrating the creative process.”

In one film, award-winning artist and filmmaker Paul Trillo takes viewers on a magical journey where clouds perform a mesmerizing ballet. Trillo filmed Emmy award-winning movement designer HOK and dancer/choregrapher Erica Klein, and with AI tools transformed their movements into swirling clouds.

Another film is from award-winning filmmakers @LeMoon.Synthograph and @Ethereal_Gwirl, two female artists who met online (one from France, the other New York), reveals how inflatable swim toys dream of summer’s coming.

Watch as AI Artist @pancakepie360 tells a story of summer love through a bear and zebra’s summer party reunion.

Cinem.ai shows the wonder of summer through a child’s eyes and experiences.
