Not Boring Means Business Fresh from Amsterdam, we kickstarted our NY office 5 years ago with the laser-focused mission of “Saving the World from Boring Advertising”, a task made no easier in the midst of a worldwide pandemic. We hit our stride in 2021, and haven’t looked back. We delivered fantastic business results to our clients, won a wide range of awards, added brilliant brands to our client list and built a super strong team of Heroes.
Earned-first & growth focused We're the adventurous, 'first to the finish line' kind of team. We’re immersed in youth culture and have developed a sixth sense for what’s going to be relevant. Our business model is based on building specialized units that make brands stand out - all originating from our vision of creating earned-first, not boring advertising.
We started a Gen Z incubator called the Robins to generate fresh insights and ideas for clients. We launched JIMMY, a digital art creator collective, to help brands stop thumbs and grab eyeballs on social. We introduced SuperHeroes Deluxe to help luxury brands connect with the next-gen shopper. Our in-house design + tech studio Garage is leading the charge on design and tech projects, and our Creative Commerce unit is successfully connecting brand and conversion.
This approach has made us “in demand” and completely transformed our dynamic with brands, resulting in 20 new clients in the past year alone.
Do Good, Feel Good This year, we also became a B Corp, because it feels better to create great work when it’s also good for the planet. As we Dutch like to say: “Wie goed doet, goed ontmoet.” (Do good, and good things come your way.)
