After being named Adweek's 2024 Fastest Growing Agency, winning 2025 Ad Age Small Agency of the year we've again been recognized by the industry for our stop-you-mid-scroll creativity. This time with 'Campaign 2026 Agency of the Year - Fastest Growing Agency'.
We started in Amsterdam and have grown our global presence with a creative engine anchored in Brooklyn and a brand new office in Los Angeles. What differentiates us is the system we’ve built around cultural intelligence. We’re purposefully entrepreneurial, and to further our mission, we’ve built and grown our own 80-person Gen Z insights collective, The Robins, as well as artist and creator collectives, JIMMY and LOIS, and honed a luxury division for brands seeking to engage with Gen Z, SuperHeroes Deluxe.
Our agency model has translated into consistent impact for clients. Over the past year, we expanded our best-in-class always-on creator program, Made with Lenovo Yoga, and launched an online free-for-all ‘AI Art School’ in partnership with the brand. We also successfully connected Buick with the elusive Gen Z consumers to reposition the century-old brand for a younger, style-conscious generation. And created viral social-first work for clients including Netflix, Google, Crocs, Kiehl’s and Verizon, among others.
SuperHeroes operates without the layers and limitations of traditional agencies because we’ve built high-output teams that work directly with client decision makers and in-house groups. We prioritize experimentation over process, and collaboration over hierarchy. This structure has resulted in repeat work from more than 90% of our clients, triple-digit YoY revenue growth, and partnerships with global brands that see us as creative accelerators.
We didn’t build this agency to sustain the old advertising model; we built it to replace it. By pairing cultural intelligence with inventive production methods and creator-driven storytelling, our team creates work that digital natives choose, share, and engage with on their terms.
This year showed what happens when that approach scales: an independent agency proving that creativity at the pace of culture can deliver results at global brand scale.
