SuperHeroes appoints Elja Polak as Chief Growth Hero

Elja Polak joins SuperHeroes as their newly appointed Chief Growth Hero. Shopping behavior of new generations is changing rapidly, and SuperHeroes is on an ambitious mission to save the world from boring commerce as well.

Elja boasts a wealth of experience in the ad tech & media agency world, most notably as Head of Agencies at Meta and Head of Digital at Wavemaker / WPP. His most recent role was at AI-driven platform RTB House, where he built a proven track record of boosting businesses through performance-driven ecommerce.

Having collaborated with many top 200 advertisers and big 6 agencies by leveraging digital advertising and building brands, he has deep insight and a unique perspective on what brands need to do to win the hearts of Gen Z.

“This is a dream come true for me, as it’s my first job at a creative agency where craft is central. Creativity is key to redefining how branding and performance intersect,” says Elja Polak.

In his new global role, Elja will create new innovative solutions for brands looking to adapt to Gen Z shopping behaviour. From social commerce to sustainable commerce, from digital to physical experiences, from livestream shopping to conversational commerce…

Creative Commerce offers exciting opportunities around new, rising advertising platforms such as Retail Media, Uber, DoorDash, Netflix, Disney and many more.

We’re super delighted to have Elja onboard – he is smart, kind, and knows more than a thing about media – and looks good in a spandex suit. Our clients are eager for his skillset, we are not only saving the world from boring advertising but also from boring commerce” says Django Weisz Blanchetta, Chief Executive Hero, SuperHeroes.
