The Client Pitch makes headlines again as Webby Honoree for Best Viral PR campaign

Woohoo! Our campaign, The Client Pitch, has been awarded as a Webby Honouree for Best Viral PR Campaign. 

Hailed as the “Internet’s highest honor” by The New York Times, The Webby Awards, presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS), is the leading international awards organization honoring excellence on the Internet. So what did we do to deserve this honor?
Flipping the script
Last year, SuperHeroes flipped the traditional pitch process on its head. We invited brands to woo us in The Client Pitch – just like a normal pitch except instead of us pitching our work to brands, they pitched their brand to us.



Did it work?

Well, we got loads of media attention, our inbox flooded with kudos from agency leaders and… we got lots of pitch invites from brands that wanted us to pitch… Not really what we intended LOL 😊.
Anyway, old industry habits die hard, but let’s keep reimagining how we can evolve!
