We gave Dutch energy provider Energiedirect.nl a friendly face and helped them climb to the top-3 in the Netherlands in just 4 years.
We helped humanize Energiedirect.nl using a sequential storytelling approach around a remarkable character called Klaas. This man of few words allowed us to answer complicated questions around energy, bring in a bit of humour, and turn a low involvement thing like energy into something more relatable.
RESULTS
In three years' time, brand awareness has grown tremendously, making energiedirect.nl a steady player in the top of this crowded market.
